Guided Journeys for Collective Growth

At Sankofa, we believe healing happens in community. Pathways are our group-based programs and wellness cohorts designed to support your growth—on and off the mat. Whether you’re new to the practice, returning with intention, establishing a fitness routine, or beginning a healthier journey, these offerings provide structure, support, and a welcoming community rooted in joy and connection.

Current Pathway Programs include:

  • Sankofa Walk ClubA structured 8-week program for building strength, speed, and endurance—culminating in a powerful 10K walk for those ready to level up

  • SankofaFitA 5-week journey to challenge your body, sharpen your mind, and remind you of your strength—inside and out

  • Sankofa Outdoor ClubNature-based gatherings and hikes for reconnecting with land, breath, and self

  • Back to the MatA 4-week program for those easing back into their practice

  • Yoga for BeginnersLearn foundational poses, breathwork, and Sankofa’s yoga philosophy

  • Online Meditation CommunityCultivate presence and peace in a grounded, accessible way
