HOW TO TAKE OUR IN-STUDIO CLASSES

Pre-register for class online. We do not accept walk-ins. Bring a yoga mat, wear a mask, and kindly arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts as we do not accept late entry. Doors lock three minutes after class begins.

HOW TO TAKE OUR VIRTUAL CLASSES

Select the class that says "VIRTUAL" in the front of the name and ​register at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class. You will receive an email from FitGrid with a Zoom link at least 10 minutes before class starts. If you're comfortable, turn your screen on to get the most out of your class. This way our instructors can assist you and stay connected!
