4-Week Program

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Has life taken you away from your yoga practice? ​Our 4-week Back to the Mat program is designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and mind. Whether you've been away for a few months or even years, this course offers a gentle yet energizing journey back to your practice. Each session is carefully crafted to guide you step-by-step, rebuilding your strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Classes are held twice a week—Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 PM—giving you the flexibility to join according to your schedule and personal needs.

Investment: $99 ​| Free for members 


Can't attend all sessions? No problem! Join us when you can! You will receive a worksheet of what you've missed. No individual daily passes will be sold. Enrollment closes the Saturday before the first session, or earlier if spaces fill.​​​
