Our yoga, meditation and group therapy offerings are designed to keep you connected to your practice and support your wellness journey. Step 1: Explore Our Studio Website
Begin by reading about our studio, including what we offer and how yoga can benefit you. Understanding our philosophy and services will help you make the most of your experience.
Step 2: Create Your MINDBODY Profile
Set up your MINDBODY profile to easily manage your bookings and access our class schedules. This will streamline your registration and help you stay organized.
Step 3: Choose Your Introductory Offer
Select our Two-Week Unlimited, a promotion is designed to give you a comprehensive introduction to our offerings; and/or Yoga for Beginners: 5-Week Course to start your journey to teach you the basics. For optimal results we recommend purchasing both!
Step 4: Register for Classes
If you selected the Two-Week Unlimited, or simply purchased a drop-in, use our scheduler to sign up for the classes that fit your schedule. This ensures you reserve your spot and helps you plan your practice effectively. Download our Guide to Sankofa here.

Flow like a member and experience everything we have to offer with the 2-Week Unlimited Trial—unlimited access to our yoga, meditation, and group therapy sessions for two full weeks, all for just $49! We encourage students to take as many classes/sessions as possible to get a feel for the best offerings aligned with you.

BEGINNERS
IN-STUDIO | $99
New to yoga? This 5-week course is designed for those with little to no experience, offering a supportive, cohort-style space to learn the basics and move safely at your own pace. Held as a pre-registered workshop on Wednesdays from 6:15–7:15 PM, we encourage early sign-up as space is limited.
