Join us for a special virtual retreat celebrating the graduation of our 75-hour Meditation Leader Trainees (MTTs). As part of their Inward Illumination journey, our trainees will take the spotlight, offering free, guided meditation sessions rooted in their lived practice and embodiment of the training.

This retreat is a harmonious blend of ancient techniques and modern mindfulness, designed to support inner peace, clarity, and connection. It is both a celebration of their growth and an invitation for you to deepen your own practice in a supportive, collective space.

SUMMER RETREAT
The Return is Sankofa’s annual wellness retreat, now in its second year. It’s a full day outdoors designed to give you space to step away from the pace of everyday life and settle into something slower — with guided sessions, movement beneath trees, opening and closing circles, shared meals, sound baths and stillness, and space to breathe.
