Freedom Flow

Linking breath with movement, free your mind and body in this free-spirited vinyasa class to warm the body + fuel the soul and be free. Gaining strength and flexibility, the breath and physicality of the class will result in a more mindful, peaceful attitude off the mat! 

 

Freedom Flow + Restore

Receive the best of both worlds in this combined vinyasa + restorative class.  Vibe to our traditional Freedom Flow and close out the last 15-20 minutes of your practice with restorative postures with added props for deep relaxation.

Yoga for Stiff Joints

This class is designed to gently open the body to de-stress, relieve stiffness, and increase flexibility and range of motion. Focusing on the joints can be an effective way to energize the body and ensure a safe practice. Release tension in the neck, shoulders, knees and back & feel more ease and spaciousness in your body and mind. Appropriate for absolute beginners, right through to the advanced practitioner.

 

Meditation

Meditation is for EVERY body! This FREE 20 minute guided meditation class is just what you need to lower stress-levels, improve focus and get better connected. Learn how to pay attention to the breath and quiet the mind.

Midday Yoga Flow

In need of an energy boost? Skip coffee and join us for a midday all-levels class to refresh, rest and rejuvenate the mind and body.

Sacred Flow

Start your Sunday with a meditative all-levels vinyasa flow geared towards opening the mind, body and soul. Enjoy the balance of breathwork, vinyasa and restorative asanas (postures) while stoking your internal fire + blazing a trail for the new.

Relax + Restore

Refresh your weekend with this calming therapeutic style of yoga to restore your body. This class blends gentle detoxifying asanas (postures) with restorative yoga. The entire practice is done on the floor, where your body will be supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks to promote deep relaxation.

Yoga for Fitness + Weight-Loss

Designed as a low impact full body workout, this class incorporates yoga poses and callisthenic style exercises to build strength, increase core stability, boost weight-loss and improve heart health. Appropriate for all levels, this class offers modifications, encouraging you to work at your pace, your level. 

Sankofa Flow

Appropriate for all levels, this flow class explores postures to build strength and flexibility with modifications to assist you in your practice. Find you edge and join our movement!

Sankofa Flow 1.5

This class is designed for our vinyasa flow students who are ready for a deeper challenge.  Students are taught intermediate variations on yoga postures learned in Sankofa Flow, Freedom Flow and Sacred Flow and are encouraged to take their practice to the next level.

Sankofa Power Hour

Designed for those who want more of a cardio workout, the dynamic and vigorous flow will burn calories and build internal heat, strength, stamina and flexibility. By focusing on postures that will empower you to feel the burn + enjoy bliss, the powerful poses and deep stretches will have you feeling like you left the gym and spa at the same time.

Sankofa Stretch + Flow

This class is designed for those with stiff bodies and stiff muscles, weight lifters, athletes, folks recovering from injuries, folks looking for increased flexibility— pretty much anyone looking for a DEEP stretch to revitalize the body again. The combination of this deep stretch and flow will lengthen, strengthen and release the tension in the body to aid in healing and restoring.

 

Yin Yoga

This class will ease you into deep stretch and deep relaxation. This practice is designed to help you open the hips, hamstrings and connective tissue, and to increase circulation in the joints and promote stillness. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes allowing for a deep release with the assistance of bolsters, blankets and blocks.

 

Yoga for Beginners

New to this whole yoga thing? This class is for anyone with limited yoga experience or none at all. Move at your own pace, as we will teach you the basics of yoga, postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and proper alignment within your body. Trust us …yoga is for everybody!
