Freedom Flow + Restore

The entire practice is done on the floor, where your body will be supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks to promote deep relaxation.

This class is designed for anyone looking for a DEEP stretch to revitalize the body again. This stretch class will utilize props and poses to lengthen, strengthen and release tension in the body. Aiding in healing and restoring, restorative poses and breathwork are added for deep nourishment.
Appropriate for all levels, this flow class explores postures to build strength and flexibility with modifications to assist you in your practice. Find you edge and join our movement!
Sankofa Power Hour
Designed for those who want more of a cardio workout, the dynamic and vigorous flow will burn calories and build internal heat, strength, stamina and flexibility. By focusing on postures that will empower you to feel the burn + enjoy bliss, the powerful poses and deep stretches will have you feeling like you left the gym and spa at the same time.
Sankofa Stretch + Flow
This class is designed for those with stiff bodies and stiff muscles, weight lifters, athletes, folks recovering from injuries, folks looking for increased flexibility— pretty much anyone looking for a DEEP stretch to revitalize the body again. The combination of this deep stretch and flow will lengthen, strengthen and release the tension in the body to aid in healing and restoring.

There's no such thing as the perfect body, it's all about growth + acceptance. Designed with a goal in mind and a lifestyle to create, this class will allow you to build strength, increase core stability, boost weight-loss, improve heart health and assist you towards living your best life holistically. Appropriate for all levels, modifications are offered, encouraging you to work at your pace, your level.

Vibe + Chill
Wind down your weekend with a soothing blend of a slow vinyasa class ending with a serenating sound healing session.
This class will ease you into deep stretch and deep relaxation. This practice is designed to help you open the hips, hamstrings and connective tissue, and to increase circulation in the joints and promote stillness. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes allowing for a deep release with the assistance of bolsters, blankets and blocks.
Yoga for Addiction Recovery & Healing
Y12SR is a 12-step based discussion and yoga practice open to anyone and everyone dealing with their own addiction behavior or affected by those patterns in others. Combining the two creates a model that truly addresses addiction as the physical, mental and spiritual disease that it is. This is an open and inclusive group. All A's are welcome.
Yoga for Beginners
New to this whole yoga thing? This class is for anyone with limited yoga experience or none at all. Move at your own pace, as we will teach you the basics of yoga, postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and proper alignment within your body. Trust us …yoga is for everybody!
Yoga for Fitness + Weight-Loss
Designed as a low impact full body workout, this class incorporates yoga poses and calisthenic style exercises to build strength, increase core stability, boost weight-loss and improve heart health. Appropriate for all levels, this class offers modifications, encouraging you to work at your pace, your level.
Yoga for Stiff Joints
This class is designed to gently open the body to de-stress, relieve stiffness, and increase flexibility and range of motion. Focusing on the joints can be an effective way to energize the body and ensure a safe practice. Release tension in the neck, shoulders, knees and back & feel more ease and spaciousness in your body and mind. Appropriate for absolute beginners, right through to the advanced practitioner.
