Fearless Yoga Flow
This is Tamisha’s signature class! This powerful sweat-inducing vinyasa class builds on previous yoga experience to increase strength, stamina, balance and concentration. With a blend of laughter, popular music and motivational messages, these combinations of asanas will challenge you to face your fears and just flow! The practice includes arm balances, inversions and challenging sequences.
Linking breath with movement, free your mind and body in this free-spirited vinyasa class to warm the body, fuel the soul and be free on your mat!
Freedom Flow + Restore
Receive the best of both worlds in this combined vinyasa + restorative class. Vibe to our traditional Freedom Flow and close out the last 15-20 minutes of your practice with restorative postures with added props for deep relaxation.
This class is designed to gently open the body to relieve stiffness, and increase flexibility and range of motion. Move with ease as the instructor guides you into slow transitions to de-stress and build strength in a gentle way.
Meditation is for EVERY body! This FREE 20 minute guided meditation class is just what you need to lower stress-levels, improve focus and get better connected. Learn how to pay attention to the breath and quiet the mind.
Meditation for Better Sleep
Having trouble sleeping? If a racing mind is keeping you up at night, join us for a guided meditation experience that will offer patterns for increased and better sleep, help you relax, reduce stress, and send you home ready for a full night’s rest!
Feeling sluggish about this upcoming work week? Start off your Sunday with this vinyasa class geared towards opening the heart, mind and body. The class blends vinyasa with moving meditation providing you with the tools to SLAY the tasks ahead.

Relax, Relate, Release
Need a quick reset on this hump day? This gentle yoga class is a combination of yin postures + meditation to help you relax the body, relate to your breath, and release what no longer serves you.
Relax + Restore
Refresh your weekend with this calming therapeutic style of yoga to restore your body. This class blends gentle detoxifying asanas (postures) with restorative yoga. The entire practice is done on the floor, where your body will be supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks to promote deep relaxation.
Sankofa Core + Restore
Receive the best of both words in this combined vinyasa + restorative class. The first half of the class builds heat through strong postures, dynamic flows, abdominal work, and detoxifying twists. The last 15-20 minutes of your practice will cool the fire with long-held stretches and restorative postures with added props for deep relaxation.
Appropriate for all levels, this flow class explores postures to build strength and flexibility with modifications to assist you in your practice. Find you edge and join our movement!
Sankofa Stretch + Flow
This class is designed for those with stiff bodies and stiff muscles, weight lifters, athletes, folks recovering from injuries, folks looking for increased flexibility— pretty much anyone looking for a DEEP stretch to revitalize the body again. The combination of this deep stretch and flow will lengthen, strengthen and release the tension in the body to aid in healing and restoring.
This class will ease you into deep stretch and deep relaxation. This practice is designed to help you open the hips, hamstrings and connective tissue, and to increase circulation in the joints and promote stillness. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes allowing for a deep release with the assistance of bolsters, blankets and blocks.
Yoga for Beginners
New to this whole yoga thing? This class is for anyone with limited yoga experience or none at all. Move at your own pace, as we will teach you the basics of yoga, postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and proper alignment within your body. Trust us …yoga is for everybody!
