A rhythm of gentle movement and shared reflection | Saturdays @ 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM
At the heart of the initiative is Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga + The Mothers Circle —a weekly rhythm of prenatal yoga, gentle postpartum movement, and shared reflection.
Each week centers on a theme related to maternal wellbeing, such as rest, stress, emotional balance, identity, or self-care. Sessions begin in circle, followed by gentle movement and breathwork designed to support circulation, comfort, and nervous-system regulation.
On Saturdays, class is paired with The Mother’s Circle, a therapist-led support space woven into the prenatal yoga experience. The Circle offers time for reflection, emotional support, and connection in community. Sharing is always optional, your presence is enough.
