A calming, gentle yoga class for pregnancy and postpartum, offered in-person.
This class is designed to support ease, grounding, and nervous-system regulation. Expect slow, supportive movement, breath awareness, and simple stretches to help relieve tension and support your body during pregnancy or early parenthood. Each class includes a short opening reflection and community check-in centered on themes like rest, stress relief, and caring for yourself during this season.
Open to pregnant participants and those in the postpartum period. All levels welcome.
