"Dear Monday Nobody Likes You” is a four-week series that challenges students to disconnect from the outside to reconnect within. It targets students who work in a demanding helping profession, those who are consistently giving their expertise and talents to impact the lives of others in their community. It’s a weekly check to see how the students are really doing. So often we become buried in our work and pouring into others that we don’t pour into ourselves. This series challenges individuals to look within their lives to see if they are living life on their terms.

The series is based on the following practices:

• guided meditation

• sound bath healing

• open dialogue regarding various topics

• self-care/self-love practice

• mini massages

Each week, students will have an open discussion with hot/tea and water about how they are doing, if they are happy, living their true authentic life, if they are using their time, talents and voices to fulfill their true purpose in life. This series is designed for students to obtain balance, reduce stress, freedom and relief.
