We are open for in-person + virtual classes!
For more information on what we are doing to keep you safe, please read below:
PHYSICAL DISTANCING + DISINFECTING STATIONS
There will be a sanitizing station to the left and right of the studio entrance.
Each mat will be placed 6-feet apart. There will be blue tape marked on the studio floor guiding students as to where to place their mats.
Teachers will not be doing any hands-on assist or corrections.
Students are required to disinfect the section they occupied during class. Disinfectant will be provided.
Masks are required when entering and walking around the studio. Following the order of indoor gyms, once students are on their mat/machine, they have the option to remove their mask for the duration of the class.
Masks are required once the student leaves their mat.
The instructor will be wearing a face covering and stationed at a safe distance from all students.
Students must pre-register for all classes.
We are not taking walk-ins or late registration.
Online registration will close 5 minutes before the class starts, no exceptions.
Students will sign the waiver upon entry of studio. View the waiver language here.
Late entry will not be permitted under any circumstance. To respect the safety of students and the instructor, everyone must be on time.
Class sizes will be set to 10 students maximum. Check out our NEW summer schedule here.
YOGA MATS + PROPS
Students must bring their own mats and props to class.

Classes will no longer be live-streamed via Facebook. The above classes will be live-streamed on a new platform that requires pre-registration through MindBody.
To take our virtual classes, register on MindBody at least 30 minutes prior to the start of class and you will receive an email from FitGrid with a Zoom link at least 15 minutes before class starts.

NOT FEELING WELL?
If you are feeling sick or have any symptoms of COVID-19 please stay home. If you show any symptoms upon entering or during class we will ask that you leave the studio.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who has, we ask that you not come to the studio for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative.
FLOWING AT SANKOFA
For your safety, we've changed how our classes take place. Please read below:
Step 1: Pre-register for the class you would like to take (Download the app or register online)
Pre-registration is required for all classes. To ensure contactless payment and registration, we will not be accepting walk-ins.
Online registration will close 5 minutes before the start of class
No late entry will be permitted
Class sizes are limited to 10 students for now, so if you cannot attend please cancel your registration ASAP.
Select classes will be offered virtually with the camera facing the instructor only.
Step 2: Upon entering the studio please remove your shoes and immediately take advantage of the sanitizing station
There will be a sanitizing station to the left and right of the studio entrance. Please take advantage of it upon entering the studio. (see photos below)

Step 3: Immediately place your mat down in one of the marked spaces and prepare for class
To avoid crowding we ask that everyone get to their mat as soon as possible
Following the order of indoor gyms, once class begins and you are on your mat at a safe distance, feel free to remove your mask (optional)
Step 4: Once class is complete please use the equipment disinfectant to wipe down your personal mat and the area you used for class
For the safety of the studio, teacher, and next person using your space, we ask that you wipe down the section you used during class with provided disinfectant.
Step 5: Enjoy the rest of your day!
To avoid crowding and to allow us to properly clean and prepare for the next class, we asked that you not congregate in the studio. Please enjoy conversing and catching up outside!
