Our second group of 75hr Meditation Teacher Trainees (MTTs) are graduating! Join us on Sunday, December 10th, for a transformative community day as our Inward Illumination meditation teacher trainees take the spotlight and share a free offering, based on their embodiment of the training. Experience a harmonious blend of ancient techniques and modern mindfulness practices, carefully crafted to guide you towards inner peace and clarity. This empowering event celebrates the trainees' growth and provides an opportunity for participants to delve into the art of meditation, fostering a supportive environment for personal development and connection.
