Health Education
Knowing more about your health can be part of how you care for yourself.
At Sankofa, we believe well-being includes understanding what is happening in your body—not only when something feels wrong, but as part of an ongoing practice of awareness and care.
Our Health Education Courses create accessible spaces to learn about important health topics, ask questions, and better understand the information that can sometimes feel overwhelming in traditional healthcare settings. Led by healthcare and wellness professionals, these offerings bring practical, evidence-informed education into conversation with the everyday choices we make about our health.
Whether you're learning how to better understand your numbers, exploring ways to support your health, or simply becoming more informed about your body, these courses are designed to help you participate more fully in your own care.
Because understanding your health is part of caring for it.
