Sankofa Yoga + Wellness Center offers 4-Week Series, a great way to commit to yoga and and build community while learning something new! From Introduction to Meditation to Unlocking Asanas, you can explore them to broaden your understanding and practice of yoga or meditation, and then apply them to your daily life. 

Please be sure to note if the series is virtual or in-studio. 


Our 4-Week Series will be taking a break for the winter. Sessions will resume in Spring 2022!
