SERVICE POLICY

We’re so excited to have you in soon for your classes! Please note that all Introductory Packages and Class Packages are non-refundable and have a firm expiration date that we are unable to extend.

• Advanced registration is required via online or via the MINDBODY app.

• Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class starts as we do not accept late entry. Passes will not be refunded for failure to cancel registration in advance.

 

PAYMENT

 

We are a contactless and cashless facility, so pre-registration is required. Create your free account online to make registration for class easier. No refunds or credit for expired passes. No refunds on unused specials or promotions. $49 New Student Special expire one year after purchase.

 

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Please note that all sales are final. All purchases are non-transferable, non-extendable and non-refundable. We do not accept late entry into the yoga classrooms or therapy spaces. Classroom doors lock five minutes after class begins. ​Cancellations for classes must be made at least 30 minutes prior to the start of class time by logging into our reservation system, clicking "My Schedule" followed by "Cancel" and your class or purchase will be credited back to your account. We do not issue refunds for canceled reservations; rather the pass remains on the account until it expires and can be used again at a later day. If you do not cancel online or call and speak to a team member before the class begins, you will forfeit that class or purchase. Students who fail to show or cancel their class registration in advance forfeit that class or purchase.

MEMBERSHIP

Enrollment:

To enroll in membership, there is a 60-day minimum commitment before any membership can be cancelled. Should you cancel your membership prior to the 60 day commitment you will be charged the remaining balance.

Monthly Auto-Payment/Renewal: How It Works!

Membership comes with our convenient auto-renewal; here's how it works! Membership renews every 30 days from your initial contract billing cycle. For example: if you enroll in membership on March 15, then every 15th of the month will be an automatic payment from your account.

Membership Adjustment:

To transition between memberships (upgrade or downgrade) please send an email to info@sankofayogacenter.com at least 30 days before the next cycle. Should you notify us outside of this 30 day window, you will be charged one last time at the existing rate before adjustment can be made.

Membership Cancellations:

To cancel your membership, please send an email to info@sankofayogacenter.com at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Should you notify us outside of this 30 day window, you will be

charged one final time at the next billing cycle.

Membership Freeze:

Only active military members can freeze memberships for up to 90 days with proper documentation and email notice. At the completion of your freeze, your card will be charged to commence membership. To freeze your membership, please send an email to info@sankofayogacenter.com at least 30 days before the next cycle.
