PRENATAL VISIT

During these sessions we will explore your options and desires for birth; discuss your pregnancy and postpartum planning,  nutrition and exercise; and stress reduction and breathing techniques to foster a healthy environment during pregnancy. We will also discuss lactation and create your support team.

From your physical body to your emotional state, prenatal yoga is a key ingredient to a healthy, happy pregnancy. From tight hips to swollen feet to lower back pain and indigestion, Prenatal Yoga supports your changing body and is also designed to help prepare for labor, childbirth and postpartum experience.

NUTRITION + HERBS

When you're pregnant, nutrition is more important than ever. You need more of many important nutrients than you did before pregnancy. With our Nutrition and Herbal Medicine Guide, receive not only nutrition information, but the herbal remedies and essential oils that are appropriate during pregnancy.

LABOR + BIRTH SUPPORT

From labor to delivery, I am here to provide a calming presence and support you with breathing exercises, comfort measures, and assistance in induction and contractions.  I will provide you with additional information to allow you to make an informed decision about your birthing moments, and I will remain with you 1-2 hours after birth to ensure your comfortability.

PRENATAL YOGA COHORT

You have the option to join our beautiful prenatal yoga community with other expectant mamas and birth workers where we create a safe place to share your excitement, worries, and other emotions surrounding your pregnancy. Each cohort runs for 4-weeks at a time, and meets on Saturdays at 1PM EST. Join in on the fun and support, and make some play dates!

PRENATAL THAI MASSAGE

Prenatal Thai Massage is a healing system that nourishes the body in preparation for childbirth and creates a feeling of deep relaxation. The techniques include compressions with hands and feet, forearm rolling, thumb pressure, stretching, and joint movements.

COMFORT MEASURES

Comfort measures provide natural pain relief and can be very effective during pregnancy, labor and delivery. Due to COVID-19 hospital limitations, if I cannot be physically present at your birth, I will teach your partner/loved-one, comfort measures to support you. This session will allow your partner practice time, to be familiar and to accompany my virtual verbal instruction.

POSTPARTUM VISIT

During these sessions we will do a general wellness check up for you and baby. We will debrief your birth experience and adjustment to parenthood, and you will receive support with newborn care, sleep, breastfeeding positions, nutrition and exercise.

POSTPARTUM REIKI

Postpartum Reiki offers a safe and supportive space to re-orientate your body after the birth of baby.  This session will stimulate and accelerate the body’s own natural healing processes, bringing it back into balance and alignment, help to reduce stress and promote sleep.
