In this trimester I've suffered from insomnia just about every week. Tamisha showed me a breathing technique that has been super helpful during the late nights/early mornings. The program and in-person sessions also have helped with my overall strength which I know will be important for delivery and recovery after birth.
Coming from an environment where shame and guilt are directly attached to the womb, it was a breath of fresh air being able to speak candidly with Tamisha about the history and health of my womb, without judgement. We discussed things that I’ve never discussed with my OBGYN such as diet, lifestyle changes, how to properly prepare for my menstrual cycle, and so much more.
