WHAT WOMXN ARE SAYING
In this trimester I've suffered from insomnia just about every week. Tamisha showed me a breathing technique that has been super helpful during the late nights/early mornings. The program and in-person sessions also have helped with my overall strength which I know will be important for delivery and recovery after birth.
Coming from an environment where shame and guilt are directly attached to the womb, it was a breath of fresh air being able to speak candidly with Tamisha about the history and health of my womb, without judgement. We discussed things that I’ve never discussed with my OBGYN such as diet, lifestyle changes, how to properly prepare for my menstrual cycle, and so much more. Our conversation was so enlightening and I can’t wait to get started on my journey towards a healthier relationship with my womb.
“Over the last 10 years Tamisha has been a trusted source for all of my questions on vaginal health, new menstrual products, and uterine symptoms. She has never steered me in the wrong direction and as a result I have saved money, detoxed my womb, and seen a significant change in the quality of my menstrual cycles.”
